By accessing or using the DELETEWEB Ecosystem, including CODEHOST.IN, FREEMIUMHOSTING, and CODENVA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ecosystem Usage & Acceptable Use

You agree to use our digital infrastructure responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited across our global network:

Hosting malware, phishing sites, or engaging in illegal activities.
Initiating DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious network probing.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Abusing free tiers (FREEMIUMHOSTING) with automated account creation.

3. Uptime SLA & Infrastructure

We strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime for enterprise clients on CODEHOST.IN. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply exclusively to paid enterprise infrastructure plans. FREEMIUMHOSTING is provided "as is" without SLA guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom software and applications developed by CODENVA remain the intellectual property of DELETEWEB until the final project handover and payment completion, as outlined in individual statements of work.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any part of the DELETEWEB ecosystem immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms.
